    I ordered the away Portugal 2016 Euro Cristiano Ronaldo jersey. The quality is really great however the #7 was not placed on the front of the jersey. Customer service told me to iron on myself. This process should've already been done! If I pay extra for name and number on the jersey, it should be placed on!! They gave me $5.00 coupon however I was not pleased and should've been offered another jersey. Again, these jerseys are great quality but not happy at all with the missing number. Also shipping took way too long.

    Great jersey, the replica feels like the real one. Brand and logos (including the 3 stars -equal to 30 scudettos), are well stitched. I´m really surprised of the quality of the jersey, it was my first order, I´m expecting to buy more in the future. The only negative aspect is the shipment: it took over a month to receive it at home (Portugal). That was the only "bad" thing. The rest, it was great ;)

I have alredy been in contact with Minejersey Client Support, and as I told in the e-mails I have sent you, I 'm disappointed with the fact that on the Web Page there isn't a reference or warning that the Portugal Euro 2016 Player Version is a shirt where the Football and Sponsor brand is glued, and the Fan shirt is stitched/sewed. So I bought and received a shirt at home, that I don't really appreciate. Next time, before I buy a new shirt, I will e-mail you and ask how is the shirt built (glued or stitched), and I expect a sincere and not to long answer. Also, the shipping and deliverence of the shirt is quite long: more than a month, till I received it at home. I hope this doesn't happen again. Best regards, Sérgio.

    Ordered 3 small size Jerseys and when they came, all 3 jerseys were actually different in physical size. One was a small, the other more like a medium and the last one was a small-medium. Wrote back to see if I could return for an exchange but I was told that I should keep them and they will give me a $10 credit for the next order. I told them the jerseys were too big for my kid and that I wanted a refund. They gave me some lame excuse about how sizes will differ whether is is a european size or US size....the chart i neither european or US...they are by weight and height..... POOR POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....

    For the price we paid I think the quality is good and what's more important my son loves it, even though the kit had white shorts instead of yellow, shirt was slightly different too. It did take a long time for the order to come and the initial order was canceled after two weeks due to kit being not available. Still, I'm planning on shopping on mine jerseys.
