The customer service was .the wirsti have ecerdealevwith. The jersey had wrong color name n number on bacn. I told yhet n only said we give u 5$. I didn't avvepan said I can't wrarit bevabeccplors are noticeable.still nothing. Later tea don facenFac they gave someone a new Jersey for similar issue. Very upsetting. Bad fuscustoand outcome of the product

The sizes offered do not seem accurate to actual size. I normally wear an XL size, I ordered a 2XL size knowing that most Soccer Jersey's size run tight. However, the 2XL eels more like a large size. Very unsatisfied.

This order was probably my worst experience with the site the quality always awesome but they accidentally shipped my jersey to the wrong address which I know happens but the only way I could get this order was for me to Place another order so they can add this order to it. I understand that shipping is free and I appreciate it it was just kind of frustrating because it was a mistake made by them and the only way for me to get this order was to place another one so that took almost 2 months to get. I ordered it September 5th and didn't get it till October 30th. Customer service was quick to respond but they were not helpful at all with this order. I love this I too much to not order from it again but it was just really frustrating having this experience and would hate for others to experience this. I still recommend this site to soccer fans friends and family because it is great quality and great price. This experience was only one bad when compared to all the great ones I've had with this site

Lack of honesty that does not accept returns by saying that I sent to the wrong address, which I nevertheless copied on the package ... then offering me a coupon of 15 EUROS which obviously does not suffice..!

Quality wise, the kit didn't disappoint me. However, shipping was the major issue that I had an issue with these guys. I had placed an order of Bayern's jersy on July 23rd, yet it came to my mailbox nearly a month later.
